This is the 2022-23 Away shirt for the New Zealand national football team.
In black with very little embellishment, the new Nike design acts both as an absolute contrast and alternative to the “All Whites” first-choice look and an inadvertent audition for a certain famous rugby team’s contract.
The said embellishment consists of the silver-fern crest detail and Nike’s Swoosh logo - both in white - while the structure of the shirt takes in stylised raglan sleeves and neat crew neck and cuffs.
To complete the kit, when it is called upon, black shorts and socks are expected to be deployed as first choice.
