This is the 2022-23 season 1. FSV Mainz 05 Home shirt.
The new Kappa design is in tones of red with supplier Kappa’s “Omini” logos in white, matching the base of the club crest.
The shirt is divided in stylised quarters in the manner of the pattern on several recent Mainz shirts, while the minimal trim is in gold.
Being debuted in the German Bundesliga side’s final league match of 2021-22 this weekend, the shirt is completed with Kömmerling’s Better World Stiftung (Better World Foundation) print - complete with “You’ll Never Walk Alone” legend expressing solidarity with Ukraine - and will form a kit with white shorts and red socks.
