Genoa Cricket and Football Club and Kappa have unveiled the Genoa 26/27 Away kit for the 2026-27 season with the “Back to Back: Since 1893” campaign, photographed at Palazzo Rosso and Palazzo Bianco to connect the club’s origins with its present identity.
Genoa Kit Design & Inspiration
Referencing the club’s first football shirt from the final decade of the 19th century, the new Genoa Away jersey uses a sepia-toned off-white base, recalling the all-white strip worn before the club adopted red and navy in 1901. The colour represents a canvas on which Genoa’s history has been written since the club’s foundation in 1893.
Red and navy detailing provides the main contrast across the jersey. The V-neck collar is divided between the two club colours, with the treatment repeated on the sleeve cuffs and small inserts at the lower side hems. On the upper back, “1893” appears below the neckline in red and navy.
The chest carries the Kappa Omini logo and Genoa’s stylised Griffin emblem, both presented with a red-to-navy treatment. Pulsee Luce e Gas appears centrally as the main shirt sponsor, with additional competition and sleeve branding used on the match version.
Technical Features
The KOMBAT™ Pro 2027 match jersey is made from recycled stretch jacquard technical fabric and incorporates HYDRO-WAY PROTECTION technology. It has a slim fit, short sleeves and silicone crystal-effect Kappa and club branding.
Full Genoa Away Kit details
The new Genoa football shirt is paired with off-white shorts featuring red and navy side inserts and the Griffin badge. Matching off-white socks include further club-colour detailing and a Griffin graphic on the front.
