Futbol Club Barcelona and Nike have unveiled the Barcelona 26/27 Home kit, introducing a new interpretation of the club’s traditional Blaugrana colours.
Barcelona Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Barcelona jersey features vertical stripes in burgundy, dark navy and brighter shades of blue. The varying widths and tonal changes continue across the front, sleeves and back, with a subtle linear texture incorporated into the performance fabric.
A dark navy V-neck collar and matching sleeve cuffs frame the shirt. The FC Barcelona crest appears in full colour on the left chest, accompanied by a gold Nike Swoosh on the opposite side. Spotify branding is applied centrally in gold, with Midea positioned on the left sleeve.
A row of red and yellow blocks beneath the rear collar references the Catalan Senyera. Barça Foundation branding is placed across the lower back in gold, linking the first-team shirt with the club’s charitable organisation.
Technical Features
Nike Aero-FIT technology is used in the Authentic version to support ventilation, moisture management and a lightweight feel during play. The fabric includes strategically placed perforations and textured sections, with Aero-FIT branding applied near the lower hem.
The stadium version uses Nike Dri-FIT technology to move sweat away from the skin for quicker evaporation, helping the wearer stay dry and comfortable.
FC Barcelona Modernista typeface
The shirt will use the new FC Barcelona Modernista typeface for player names and numbers in the UEFA Champions League, Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup. Inspired by Catalan modernism, the lettering incorporates stylised forms and textured background lines. La Liga matches will continue to use the competition’s official typeface.

The new Barcelona football shirt is paired with dark navy shorts featuring burgundy and blue side panels, the club crest and a gold Nike Swoosh. Navy socks complete the kit, with gold Nike and Barça branding.
