FC Barcelona have unveiled their away kit for the 26/27 season, created in collaboration with Nike and the Kobe Bryant brand. Following the first chapter of the partnership launched last season, this second year strengthens a strategic alliance built around shared values of competitiveness, ambition and excellence.
Barcelona Kit Design & Inspiration
Inspired by the aesthetic universe of the Kobe brand, the new Barcelona jersey features black as its dominant colour, a symbol of the determination and competitive intensity that define both FC Barcelona and the Kobe Bryant brand, combined with a gradual fade into purple at the bottom of the shirt, a colour closely associated with Bryant's sporting career.
Gold detailing reflects the constant pursuit of major challenges and trophies, while a series of graphic elements incorporate subtle references to the Kobe Bryant brand identity.
Among the standout design features are a pattern inspired by snake skin, an iridescent FC Barcelona crest, the Kobe logo on the chest and a hidden Kobe Bryant quote inside the collar: "Leave the game better than you found it."
The message encapsulates an approach to sport founded on commitment, self-improvement and legacy.
Technical Features
Made using Nike AeroSwift and Dri-FIT ADV technology, the new kit is designed to deliver maximum performance in competition, combining lightweight construction, breathability and comfort to help both the men's and women's teams perform at the highest level. Aero-FIT branding appears near the lower hem.
The stadium version uses Nike Dri-FIT technology to move sweat away from the skin for quicker evaporation, helping the wearer stay dry and comfortable.

The new Barcelona football shirt is paired with purple shorts featuring the club crest and Kobe Sheath logo near the hems. Black socks with grey lower-leg panels and white Nike Swoosh branding complete the kit for the club’s 2026–27 La Liga and UEFA Champions League campaigns.
