Aston Villa Football Club and adidas have unveiled the Aston Villa 26/27 Third kit, which will be worn during the 2026-27 Premier League season and the club’s UEFA Champions League campaign.
Aston Villa Kit Design & Inspiration
The new Aston Villa jersey is presented in a Glow Blue base with claret detailing across the crew-neck collar, sleeve cuffs and adidas Three Stripes on the shoulders. A tonal all-over graphic extends across the front, back and sleeves, taking inspiration from the mosaic patterns associated with the Holte End at Villa Park.
Situated behind the goal at the south end of Villa Park, the Holte End is one of the stadium’s most distinctive stands and has become one of the most recognisable elements of the club’s home. The architectural reference continues beneath the rear neckline, where a claret illustration of the Holte End is positioned.
The adidas logo is positioned centrally above the Aston Villa crest, with the Visit Rwanda shirt sponsor appearing below. Betano branding is applied to the sleeve.
Technical Features
The player-specification Authentic version uses a streamlined slim fit and lightweight jacquard fabric, together with a heat-applied club badge. adidas CLIMACOOL+ technology is incorporated to support cooling, ventilation and moisture management during play.
The replica Aston Villa Third shirt is constructed from interlock fabric and features CLIMACOOL technology, designed to manage moisture and improve breathability.

The new Aston Villa football shirt is paired with claret shorts with Glow Blue trim. The club crest and adidas branding are positioned on opposite legs, with contrasting detailing around the lower edges.
Claret socks complete the strip, featuring a pale blue band around the upper section together with white club and adidas branding further down the leg.
