Reading FC revealed the new 21/22 away strip for their 150th anniversary season.
In tribute to their 1988 wembley win, the 2021-22 away strip has been designed to honour that cup final win.
Sporting the same colours as the Simod Cup winners, the club's away shirt has ‘1871-2021: 150 Years’ embroidered on the back. The shorts feature an elasticated waistband with a white pull cord – just as Hicks, Curle, Richardson and Beavon donned for that win over First Division Luton Town.
The socks have navy tops and fans will be able to order name and number shirt printing available in bespoke navy to match the 1988 strip.
