Aberdeen FC revealed their away kit by Adidas for the 19/20 season.

The new away jersey harks back to the early Dons kits. The “Reds” originally turned out in gold and black stripes, being dubbed the Wasps.

The team first wore black and gold stripes in 1886 for just two years, however brought the colours back between 1904 and 1939.

    Its more of a shiny version of that not so classic 90s Ecru colour than Gold.

    Worst football shirt I've ever seen and ridiculous it claims to hark back to the clubs early kit. Shiny gold is a long way removed from the dark yellow that was worn in the old days.

    I don't follow Aberdeen , so unbiased opinion but that is a doozie of a kit .
