Sheffield Wednesday 150th Anniversary Third Kit Design

The Owls announced the basis of the winning third kit design for their 150th anniversary season.

As part of the milestone campaign next time out, the club asked Wednesdayites of all ages to send in their ideas for the full third strip the team will don throughout 2017/18.

The selection process was incredibly difficult given the quality of entries but we can reveal that the winning design is that of 27-year-old Owls fan Karl Nuttall.

Karl’s submission of this classic gold and white strip is pictured here and will form the working foundation of the finished article to be worn by Wednesday next season.

Another Club still badgering money from fans. A third kit for next season already, don't fans deserve better. It's not like this kit is anywhere near the colours of the home shirt, so why not have this as a second choice and not rob blind the fans with a third kit.

@DJ That'll be 4 league titles. The same as Man City and one less than Chelsea (until this session is over)
