Brentford 15/16 Adidas Home Football Shirt

Brentford unveiled their new Home football kit for the 2015/16 season, manufactured by adidas and sponsored by Matchbook.

The Home Shirt features the traditional red and white stripes with black trim and a stylish black polo collar.

Brentford Head Coach Marinus Dijkhuizen said: “In the short time I have been at Brentford I have seen how important the red and white stripes are to the fans. I can’t wait to see Griffin Park full of fans in our new shirt.”

“I am sure a sea of red and white will be the extra lift the players need on difficult days over the coming season.”

Classic Kits

Chief Executive Mark Devlin added: “Our new Home Kit is bespoke and has been designed by adidas solely for Brentford to maintain the tradition of red and white stripes.”

This is the first kit since Brentford and adidas signed a four-year extension to their current relationship last September.

An adidas spokesperson said: “This kit is a fresh take on the classic designs of the mid 70s, the shirt features the famous Brentford FC red and white stripes, a stylish black polo collar and the familiar three stripes of adidas. The shirt incorporates Climacool open mesh and ventilation technology to keep cool air flowing in and heat flowing out, promoting optimum performance on pitch. The shirt will also be worn with black shorts and socks.

Superb. Well done Adidas, much better than some of the template stuff you've come out with this summer.

In theory it's not a bad looking top but if you wear anything above a large it will look like you're wearing a box. Look at that picture with the shirt laid out! Looks ridiculous!
