This is the new Club Universidad Nacional 18/19 home kit by Nike.

The new home shirt is made from Nike's Dri-FIT material. The Dri-FIT is a breathable, quick drying lightweight material, which wicks sweat and moisture away from your body, so you are kept dry and comfortable.
