@Ophelia Butts Cardiff wore all blue 1965-67, whereas Leicester changed to all blue in 1966.

@Torfynose This is only the 9th all blue kit in Leicesters History. They've had a few one offs, but they've been blue shirts and white shorts since 1904. Only in the last few years they have seemingly ditched the white shorts and donned all blue.
