West Ham United have launched their Umbro trainingwear collection for the 2020-21 season.

The stylish range generally keeps things simple, with a clean approach to the polo shirts, shorts and jackets in particular. The tertiary white of the playing kit is generally eschewed - the sponsor, Betway, occasionally appears undyed - so claret with subtle blue embellishment (including monotone crests), and vice versa, is the overall approach.

Nike have released a new pre-match/warm-up style “short-sleeve football top” shirt for Chelsea.

The shirt features heavily-stylised navy/white and blue/navy hoops, with the Nike Swoosh in white and the Stamford Bridge side’s crest in full colour. The Three (3) logo doesn’t appear, and this may also determine whether or not some fans take up this alternative design in preference to one of the new playing shirts.

Along with the announcement of Hummel’s new partnership with Merseyside Premier League club Everton FC, and the Toffees new 2020-21 Home kit, the Danish brand have released a fetching pre-match/warm-up shirt.

The block-textured shirt has the unmistakable blue colouring of the famous side - along with Hummel’s logo, chevrons and new “Cazoo” sponsorship logo - but the usual secondary use of white stretches to plain raglan sleeves. Too controversial for playing wear, but an alternative for the fans that will hopefully grace Goodison Park stands in the not-too-distant future.

PSV Eindhoven have released a red warm-up top from their new technical partner, Puma. The zigzag effect in black is formed with a blotting texture while the white Puma logo and logo of sponsor Metropoolregio Brainport Eindhoven and the full colour crest are all heat transfers.

The 100% polyester pre-match shirt offers an alternative to the matchwear and trainingwear from the new Puma range.

Nike and FC Barcelona have unveiled a fetching “football top” for the 2020-21 season.

The University Red and Amarillo shirt - in the vein of pre-match/warm-up and training tops - has a warped chequered pattern and the Rakuten sponsor in white. It's made from microfibre fabric that helps keep sweat off your skin so you stay dry.

This Paris Saint-Germain “breathe top”, by Nike, for the 2020-21 season, offers the fan an alternative to match shirts, in the way training shirts or pre-match/warm-up tops too.

In “university red” with white - the Swoosh and Accor Live Limitless sponsor - and a blue neck, the shirt is in colours that have been worn by PSG as first choice. The Roman-style “engraved” sublimation print further adds to the design.
