Celtic 18/19 New Balance Home Kit

Celtic 18/19 New Balance Home Kit

New Balance and Celtic FC have officially revealed the new Celtic 18/19 home kit, and the kit launches the brand new campaign for next season – ‘Only the Bold’.

The kit has been engineered using innovative NB DRY technology. The jersey wicks moisture away from the skin to help keep players fresh and dry from first to final whistle. The 2018/19 kit range takes its inspiration from the 115 years since the club first used Hoops on the jersey.

The shirt features a bespoke tonal tartan design throughout the traditional green and white Hoops as well as top shoulder bonded tape, woven club crest with embroidered star and a contrasting tipped collar.

White shorts complete the look, featuring a concealed fabric insert, which also runs down the side of the shirt. The hooped socks feature an elasticated ankle zone and 2x2 rib Achilles region with cushioned protection. An additional cushioned heel zone and vented cushioned footbed and toe section have been designed to help players play with power, comfort and extra support.

The goalkeeper kit has been engineered in line with the outfield players’ jerseys and is a bold viper yellow with black pattered sleeves and black embroidered logo and crest. The kit is completed with viper yellow shorts and socks, with a black cuff to the lower sock.

General Manager of New Balance Football, Kenny McCallum said: “Every time we work with Celtic to design the club’s kit collection, we work hard to represent the iconic history of the club and their relentless performance on the pitch.

“This new kit is engineered for top performance on the pitch and to capture the history of the club, the fans that support it and the city of Glasgow. It’s going to be great to see it on and off the pitch.”
